Order Processing

Inventory Management

  • Our Lean team will check and double-check product quality and quantity to ensure we deliver what our clients asked for.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for the next phase of the process.

Warehouse and Distribution

  • The Lean team understands that the right provider for our warehouse operation and storage facilities can give our business the competitive advantage it needs to stand out in the market.
  • We use advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure that organization is achieved.
  • Our 3PL partners help us with Warehouse management and fulfillment. We are able to provide dedicated technology and secure facilities and services such as temperature control for specific goods.

Mode of Transport

  • What, where, and when determine the transportation.
  • Flexibility and characteristics of goods determine the loading and unloading process, including the specifications of the documentation provided.
  • Ocean, Sea, and Land transportation will be used as per the specifications of the products, as well as the duration of the movement, in order to deliver the goods on time and intact.
  • Route planning is also an important factor in ensuring on-time delivery; transportation is organized accordingly from the point of origin to the destination.

Customs Clearing

  • Preparation allows the Lean logistics team to have cleared goods in the least amount of time.
  • Taxes and duties are well calculated and paid for accordingly.
  • Different products require different methods; therefore, the time expectation differs.
  • Invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, permits, etc., are checked and double-checked for smooth clearing.
